Shipping Information:
Orders may take up to 2 business days to ship under usual circumstances. We always send a tracking number, when available.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will only accept returns on items that arrived damaged or not as described. We will initiate a refund or ship a replacement (at our discretion) after receiving the damaged item. If we do authorize a refund on a non damaged item, there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. We reserve the right to chose to file an insurance claim with our shipping service (US Postal Service, UPS, etc.) if we feel that it was damaged during shipment. This is why we insure our packages.
